There are earthquakes recorded throughout human history that have destroyed cities, moved the ground beneath entire communities, triggered enormous tsunamis, and killed thousands of people.
Yet according to the book of Revelation, there is an earthquake still ahead that will be unlike anything mankind has ever experienced.
The Bible describes it with extraordinary language:
“…a great earthquake, such as was not since men were upon the earth, so mighty an earthquake, and so great” (Revelation 16:18 KJV).
If we take those words seriously, Scripture is describing something beyond every earthquake previously experienced by mankind.
So, when will this happen. Scripture also gives us additional information about that…
Revelation places this earthquake during the pouring out of the seventh vial of God’s wrath. John writes:
Revelation 16:17–18 (KJV): “And the seventh angel poured out his vial into the air; and there came a great voice out of the temple of heaven, from the throne, saying, It is done. And there were voices, and thunders, and lightnings; and there was a great earthquake, such as was not since men were upon the earth, so mighty an earthquake, and so great.”
Notice the words “It is done.” Something tremendous is reaching its conclusion. Then the earth itself begins to shake.
This is not described merely as a severe regional earthquake. John continues:
Revelation 16:19–20 (KJV): “And the great city was divided into three parts, and the cities of the nations fell: and great Babylon came in remembrance before God, to give unto her the cup of the wine of the fierceness of his wrath. And every island fled away, and the mountains were not found.”
Read those final words again: “every island fled away, and the mountains were not found.”
Whatever the precise physical fulfillment of those words ultimately looks like, Revelation portrays an upheaval on an extraordinary scale. The warning of Revelation is already dramatic enough without adding anything to it.
The Bible repeatedly associates enormous disturbances of the earth with the events surrounding the Day of the Lord. Isaiah wrote:
Isaiah 2:19 (KJV): “And they shall go into the holes of the rocks, and into the caves of the earth, for fear of the LORD, and for the glory of his majesty, when he ariseth to shake terribly the earth.”
Again, Isaiah declares:
Isaiah 13:13 (KJV): “Therefore I will shake the heavens, and the earth shall remove out of her place, in the wrath of the LORD of hosts, and in the day of his fierce anger.”
Jesus Himself warned that earthquakes would characterize the period leading toward the end:
Matthew 24:7–8 (KJV): “For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places. All these are the beginning of sorrows.”
For those who study end times prophecy as recorded in the bible, we know that the 7th bowl of wrath, this earthquake that I speak about will happen near or at the end of the 7-year Tribulation Period.
But there is so much more that I can share. I’m going to give it all to you, but my intention is not to frighten you, it is to inform you of what God has planned for the final seven years on earth. I also will teach you how you can be “rescued” so that you do not have to endure any of this. Are you ready? Here we go…
The final seven years starts by an EVIL man known in scripture as the antichrist, signing a seven-year peace agreement with Israel and surrounding nations. When this “agreement is signed, it starts the countdown of the final seven years on earth.
The antichrist is joined by a “false prophet” and their entire focus will be to have all mankind worship this antichrist.
The first 3.5 years of this period of time will be somewhat peaceful. The antichrist will be charming, and will solve many of the world’s problems. Because of his deceptive chiastic described in the bible, he will fool many into wanting to follow him, and eventually worship him.
At the 3.5-year mark, the antichrist will enter in the new temple built by the Jewish people and will declare that he is God, and will make worship to him mandatory, seeing that everyone on earth take his mark… The mark of the beast.
Those who refuse this mark will be killed. A person can not have access to any financial transaction unless they have this mark.
Here’s the deal though. When a person agrees to have this mark, they are pledging their allegiance to this false God, “selling their soul to the devil” if you will. And, regardless what this deceiver says, this person taking the mark will join satan for eternity in the “Lake of Fire.”
Here are the events of the final 3.5 years on earth. I will just briefly describe them, however, if you would like more information about any of these things, you can find additional writings from Prophets of God as recorded in the bible. AI can help you search for the scriptures that talk about the subject.
Remember, the entire purpose of this final 3.5-year period is because God is punishing EVIL, and all of those who have chosen NOT to follow Him.
(These are in order of when they will occur. One right after the other occurring over the 3.5-year span).
1. First Seal – The White Horse — False Peace, Conquest, and Deception — often understood as the rise of the Antichrist — Revelation 6:1–2 .A rider appears upon a white horse carrying a bow and receiving a crown, and “he went forth conquering, and to conquer.” The Antichrist initially rising to power through apparent peace and political conquest before his true nature is revealed. This could happen any day now.
2. Second Seal – The Red Horse — Warfare, Bloodshed, and Global Conflict — Revelation 6:3–4
Peace is suddenly “taken from the earth,” and mankind begins killing one another as the rider of the red horse is given “a great sword,” portraying tremendous warfare and bloodshed following the temporary appearance of peace.
3. Third Seal – The Black Horse — Famine and Economic Collapse — Revelation 6:5–6
The rider carries a pair of balances while food is measured at extraordinarily high prices, portraying severe scarcity and famine in which ordinary people struggle to obtain even the basic necessities required to survive.
4. Fourth Seal – The Pale Horse — Widespread Death — Revelation 6:7–8
The rider named Death, followed by Hell, is given power over “the fourth part of the earth,” bringing death through the sword, hunger, pestilence, and the beasts of the earth—an almost unimaginable loss of human life.
5. Fifth Seal – Cry of the Martyrs — Persecution of Believers — Revelation 6:9–11
John sees the souls of those “slain for the word of God, and for the testimony which they held” crying out for God to judge and avenge their blood, revealing the terrible persecution and martyrdom of those who remain faithful to God.
6. Sixth Seal – Cosmic Disturbances — Global Terror and Recognition of God’s Wrath — Revelation 6:12–17
A great earthquake occurs, the sun becomes black, the moon becomes as blood, the stars fall, and mountains and islands are moved, causing people throughout the earth to hide themselves and finally recognize that “the great day of his wrath is come.”
7. Seventh Seal – Silence in Heaven — Revelation 8:1
When Christ opens the seventh seal, there is “silence in heaven about the space of half an hour,” a solemn and almost breathtaking pause before seven angels receive the seven trumpets and an even more devastating series of judgments begins.
The Seven Trumpet Judgments (KJV)
- First Trumpet — Hail, Fire, and Blood — Revelation 8:7
“The first angel sounded, and there followed hail and fire mingled with blood, and they were cast upon the earth…”
One-third of the trees are burned up, and all green grass is burned up.
- Second Trumpet — A Burning Mountain Cast into the Sea — Revelation 8:8–9
“…a great mountain burning with fire was cast into the sea…”
One-third of the sea becomes blood, one-third of the creatures in the sea die, and one-third of the ships are destroyed.
- Third Trumpet — The Star Wormwood — Revelation 8:10–11
“And there fell a great star from heaven, burning as it were a lamp…”
The star is called Wormwood. It falls upon one-third of the rivers and fountains, making the waters bitter, and many people die from drinking the contaminated water.
- Fourth Trumpet — Darkness upon the Sun, Moon, and Stars — Revelation 8:12
“…the third part of the sun was smitten, and the third part of the moon, and the third part of the stars…”
One-third of the heavenly lights are darkened, reducing their light during both day and night. An angel then warns: “Woe, woe, woe” because the final three trumpets will be even more terrible (Revelation 8:13).
- Fifth Trumpet — Demonic Locusts from the Bottomless Pit — Revelation 9:1–12
The bottomless pit is opened, and smoke darkens the air. Terrifying locust-like creatures emerge and are permitted to torment people for five months, except those having God’s seal in their foreheads. Their torment is compared to a scorpion’s sting. The suffering becomes so terrible that:
“And in those days shall men seek death, and shall not find it; and shall desire to die, and death shall flee from them.” — Revelation 9:6
- Sixth Trumpet — Four Angels at the Euphrates Released — Revelation 9:13–21
“Loose the four angels which are bound in the great river Euphrates.”
The four angels are released, followed by an enormous force numbered at “two hundred thousand thousand”—200 million. The result is staggering:
“By these three was the third part of men killed…” — Revelation 9:18
Yet even after this enormous destruction, the survivors refuse to repent of their idolatry, murders, sorceries, fornication, and thefts.
- Seventh Trumpet — The Kingdom Belongs to Christ — Revelation 11:15–19
The seventh trumpet is different from the preceding judgments. It announces the approaching completion of God’s judgment and the triumph and reign of Jesus Christ:
“The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever.” — Revelation 11:15
Revelation then declares that “thy wrath is come” (11:18). The temple of God is opened in heaven, followed by “lightnings, and voices, and thunderings, and an earthquake, and great hail” (11:19).
The Seven Vials of God’s Wrath (KJV)
1. First Bowl – Painful Sores on the bodies of those who have taken the Mark of the Beast — Revelation 16:2
A terrible “noisome and grievous sore” breaks out specifically upon those who have received the Mark of the Beast and worshipped his image.
2. Second Bowl – Sea Turns to Blood — Revelation 16:3
The entire sea becomes “as the blood of a dead man,” and the judgment is so catastrophic that every living soul in the sea dies.
3. Third Bowl – Rivers and Springs Turn to Blood — Revelation 16:4–7
The world’s rivers and fountains of fresh water become blood, and heaven declares this judgment righteous because mankind “shed the blood of saints and prophets.”
4. Fourth Bowl – Scorching Heat — Revelation 16:8–9
The sun is given extraordinary power to “scorch men with fire,” producing tremendous heat; yet instead of repenting, people blaspheme the name of God.
5. Fifth Bowl – Darkness on the Beast’s Kingdom — Revelation 16:10–11
The Beast’s kingdom is plunged into supernatural darkness while people suffer such terrible pain that “they gnawed their tongues for pain,” yet they still refuse to repent.
6. Sixth Bowl – Euphrates River Dried / Armageddon Prepared — Revelation 16:12–16
The great Euphrates River is dried up, preparing “the way of the kings of the east,” while demonic spirits gather the kings of the entire world to the coming “battle of that great day of God Almighty” at Armageddon.
7. Seventh Bowl – Final, Catastrophic Judgment — Revelation 16:17–21
A voice from heaven declares “It is done,” followed by the greatest earthquake described in human history, the collapse of cities, the disappearance of islands and mountains, and enormous hail falling upon mankind—bringing the seven bowls of God’s wrath to their terrifying conclusion.
There will be no bunker deep enough, mountain high enough, nation distant enough, or hiding place secure enough to escape the judgment of Almighty God. Revelation tells us that even the kings, wealthy, powerful, and mighty will hide themselves in mountains and caves, desperately attempting to escape “the wrath of the Lamb” (Revelation 6:15–17). The only true refuge is not a place—it is Jesus Christ. The time to seek that refuge is before judgment comes.
Ok… How’s your blood pressure right now? High?!?
It is fair to say that a person will not want to be on earth during the final 3.5 years, due to all of the catastrophic events that GOD has planned.
To those people who have trafficked our children and have done terrible things to them, let me just say that God is coming for you, and He’s seeking justice for the things that you have done. He’s coming with a vengeance!!
God also has a very different plan for those who are “in Christ” that I would like to teach you. His anger and wrath is not intended for His children, so He plans on removing them from the earth prior to all of this happening.
1 Thessalonians 4:16–18
“For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
Wherefore comfort one another with these words.”
The KJV does not use the word Rapture; its actual expression is “caught up,” yet most people refer to this event as the Rapture. And, another scripture teaching about this:
1 Corinthians 15:51–53 KJV
51 “Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,
52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
53 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.”
This reveals the astonishing speed of the transformation: “in the twinkling of an eye.”
God is sending Jesus Christ to meet those who are “in Christ” in the air. First, the dead will rise and be resurrected, then we who are alive and “in Christ” will be “changed” into a perfect body, allowing us all to live with Jesus Christ in the air.
This happens BEFORE the Seven-Year Tribulation Period. This is how God will remove certain people from the earth to spare them from His wrath.
So, do you have a ticket for the rapture? Are you “in Christ” as the scripture states? Here is the process if you are not yet “in Christ:”
In the KJV, becoming “in Christ” means being spiritually joined to Jesus Christ through faith in Him and His finished work of salvation.
A person first recognizes that he is a sinner and cannot save himself: “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God” (Romans 3:23).
Salvation is not earned through good works, religious ordinances, or personal righteousness; it is received by grace through faith: “For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works” (Ephesians 2:8–9).
When a person places his faith in Jesus Christ—believing that Christ died for his sins, was buried, and rose again (1 Corinthians 15:3–4)—and trusts Him as Lord and Saviour (Romans 10:9–10), God gives that person new spiritual life.
Jesus called this being “born again” (John 3:3–7). At that moment, the believer belongs to Christ and receives the Holy Spirit: “Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his” (Romans 8:9).
To be “in Christ” therefore describes a new spiritual position and identity before God.
“Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new” (2 Corinthians 5:17).
The believer is no longer depending upon his own righteousness, but upon Christ’s righteousness and saving work. Scripture says, “There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus” (Romans 8:1), and “For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus” (Galatians 3:26).
This is why the Gospel is fundamentally about a relationship with Christ rather than merely belonging to a religious organization: the believer has trusted Christ, been born again by the Spirit, become a child of God, and now possesses eternal life in Him. “And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son” (1 John 5:11).
Think of it this way; Jesus Christ came to earth to take all of the sins of the world upon Himself, so that we could be saved. He did it for all mankind, BUT, due to our free agency, a person must choose to accept this atonement for it to become effective in their lives. We accept this gift from Jesus by having faith in the atonement, believing that it is only because of HIM, that our sins can be forgiven.
We also show our faith by repenting to God in prayer, for all of the sins that we have committed. Showing faith in the atonement and repenting for our sins is our part in this “new birth.”
Evidence of a person being “Born Again” includes us wanting to serve others, as well as a decreased desire to sin. This happens because we now have God’s spirit inside of us.
Now, if you have not yet done so, do it right now. Get on your knees and pray to God. Tell Him that you are a sinner, and need the atonement of Jesus Christ in your life to be forgiven of your sins. Talk to God, and tell Him about the things that you have done wrong, and ask for His forgiveness. Then BELIEVE that through the atonement of Jesus Christ, all of your sins can be forgiven.
This is how a person becomes “in Christ” and Born Again. And by doing this sincerely, you will be included in the rescue plan that God has planned, as you will be “caught up” to meet Him in the air.
Let me show you something else very interesting. Let’s look again at that scripture teaching of the rapture:
“For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
Wherefore comfort one another with these words.”
If you are included in the rapture, you will “forever be with the Lord.” Wherever Jesus Christ goes, you will be with HIM… and YES, that means HEAVEN!!!!!!!
It’s actually easy to understand this teaching. You have accepted the atonement of Jesus Christ into your life, and repented for your sins. Because of this YOU HAVE NO SINS to be judged on. As a sinless person, you are allowed to live with God in heaven for eternity.
But what about all of the “other stuff” that a person needs to do to get to heaven:
Pay tithing
Attend church regularly
Have special religious ordinances
Do lots of service toward others
Obey all of the commandments
ETC, ETC….
Do you know that none of these are requirements to get into heaven. You are going to heaven because of Jesus Christ, and you accepting His atoning sacrifice GIFT that He is offering to you. That is the only reason, and the only requirement for a person to go to heaven.
You can be aware of the terrible things that are to come. I feel that it is important for you to know of God’s plan, but more important that these awful events that are planned, KNOW about the rapture, and become Born Again, so that you will be included.
I personally believe that the rapture could be any day now. There will not be time for a person to become Born Again as it is happening…YOU must do it now. If not, unfortunately you will have to endure the final seven years on earth.
