URGENT MESSAGE! Bombs are landing in Israel today, Fragment Hitting Near the Dome of the Rock – Will the Destruction of the Dome of The Rock Be What Allows the New Temple to Be Built? A MUST READ (KJV)

“I would like to begin by acknowledging that there is information in this article stemming from my own conclusions, based upon years of end times prophecy research, current news articles, and prayerful moments of listening to God’s promptings. They are not to be considered as hard facts, and you should reach your own conclusions, using God in prayer as well.”

Let me give you the latest news regarding the bombing of Israel taken from the “Times of Israel.”

“A missile strike reportedly caused heavy damage to a residential compound in the northern Israeli town of Zarzir, wounding at least two people, according to reporting summarizing recent news. Iran’s retaliation has included missile barrages that reached central and northern parts of Israel.

The broader conflict — directly between Israel and Iran (with involvement of allied forces) — has seen missiles and rockets launched toward various locations in Israel and nearby regions over the past week and continuing today:

Multiple towns and cities in central and northern Israel have been targeted by Iranian ballistic missiles and drones as part of ongoing retaliation.

Prior reported attacks in recent days included strikes that hit residential and construction site areas in central Israel (including Holon, Bat Yam, and Yehud) during earlier waves of Iranian missile barrages.

Civil defense systems — including Iron Dome — have been active across much of Israel due to incoming missiles. (Some strike debris and shrapnel have fallen even where interceptors were used.)

This fighting is part of an escalating war involving Israel attacking Iranian targets and Iran firing missiles and drones back at Israeli territory. Because of the active nature of the conflict, exact precise impact locations shift rapidly as new attacks occur.

In early March 2026, during the ongoing conflict between Iran‑aligned forces and Israel, an Iranian ballistic missile or its remnants landed dangerously close to Jerusalem’s Old City, striking a site just several dozen meters west of the ancient walls and less than a kilometer from the Temple Mount—the platform that includes the Dome of the Rock and al‑Aqsa Mosque.

Israeli police and bomb technicians later found and neutralized the warhead and explosive materials at the impact site. Footage released by authorities suggests the projectile may have been intercepted by Israel’s air defenses before fragments fell to the ground, narrowly avoiding a direct hit on these highly revered religious sites. Officials warned that only a small deviation in the missile’s path could have resulted in catastrophic damage to the holy structures and the many worshippers who frequent them.”

Because of this current war activity, those studying end times prophecy are asking, “Will the Dome of the Rock be destroyed in this current conflict, allowing the Third temple to be built upon that sacred spot?”

It sounds plausible, but doesn’t sit right with me. If the Dome of the Rock was destroyed, even by accident, it would only infuriate Muslims. They would not allow the Jewish people to rebuild their temple on this Muslims sacred spot, simply because the building was taken out of the way. For this reason, I am taking this possibility off of my list of possible scenarios for the new temple to be rebuilt.

But, lets take this further and review what we do know about this new temple being built where King Solomons temple once stood.

We KNOW that there will soon be a 7-year “peace treaty” signed by the antichrist between Israel and some surrounding nations.

Daniel 9:27 – “And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.”

1. Here, “he” refers to a future leader who will establish a covenant (or treaty) with Israel for seven years (“one week”).
2. The treaty seems like peace, but in the middle of the seven years, it will be broken, and desolation will follow.
3. This is commonly understood as the 7-year Tribulation period, where the Antichrist initially presents himself as a peacemaker.

To me, this peace agreement is crucial in explaining how the temple will be built on the “temple mount” in Israel. A PEACE must come to Israel (Jewish people) and the Muslims, allowing the temple to be built. It will happen as a result of this Peace Agreement, and not because of a bombing or destruction of the Dome of the Rock.

I also strongly believe that there is currently NO CURRENT reasonable theory of how this will happen, for it is IMPOSSIBLE at this moment for us to see a way that would allow the temple to be built. It will be only by God’s plan that a way will be discovered. And again, I believe that it will be linked to the signing of this Peace agreement.

So, for those following end times prophecy, we will continue to watch the bombing of Israel to see if it confirms any current end times prophecy.

Let me share with you the order that I feel end times prophecies will occur this year. But I would again suggest you prayerfully reach your own conclusions regarding this order.

Building of the Temple on the Temple Mount (perhaps beginning in 2027)

The rapture is the next prophetic event that will happen. The destruction of Damascus I believe will happen so closely to the same timing of the rapture. This city’s destruction is prophesied to happen “suddenly:”

Isaiah 17:1, the destruction of Damascus is described as sudden and total, which strongly implies it will happen very quickly, potentially in a single day. The verse says:

“Behold, Damascus is taken away from being a city, and it shall be a ruinous heap.”

The phrase “taken away from being a city” suggests a complete and instantaneous devastation, not a slow decline over years. In biblical prophecy, this kind of language (like God striking suddenly) often indicates swift, catastrophic judgment.

Because of this, the destruction of Damasks COULD Possible happen prior to the rapture, they are just too close to each other to call the sequence of each of them happening for sure.

Something else very interesting to consider here. I believe, through years of study and daily prayer, that Damasks will be destroyed while the current war between Israel and Iran is taking place. That same war that is happening right now. This belief also gives additional insight as to when the rapture will occur.

If Damascus will be destroyed during this current war between Israel and Iran, and this war is “not going to take long”, and the rapture occurs prior to Damascus being destroyed, the obvious conclusion is that the rapture and the destruction of the city of damasks will happen before this war is over, and as we have learned, it is not expected to last long.

As with all spiritual knowledge, I encourage you to prayerfully find your own answers through Studying the prophecies written in the bible, as well as prayer, fasting, and listening to the promptings and teaching of the Holy Spirit.
