Here are some stats that might interest you. Did you know that worldwide, roughly 10-15% of people believe that we are actually living in the end-times? This means that the vast majority of people are simply moving through life, and have not idea about what is to come in just several days/weeks/months?

I can sincerely understand many of them blowing off the “end times”. Humans have believed they were in the “end times” for thousands of years—especially during periods of crisis. When people cry “wolf” often, reality can soften, or even fade away in people’s minds.

I’d like to help anyone, who just simply has no idea where we are in “God’s” Timeline, so that they can see truth for themselves, that we are living in the last days…but more importantly, what they can do to have absolutely NO fear about what is coming. This is the most productive reason that people should study and learn about what is going to happen.

What if I told you that centuries ago, someone like an ancestor left behind a message for you—one that describes what will unfold during the final seven years on earth? Even more remarkable, this message reveals how you can be “rescued” from the trials that lie ahead. Let me introduce you to these people.

From the very beginning, God knew that each of us would come to this earth and fall short—we have all sinned. He also knew that many, through their free will, would not only stumble but continue to follow the temptations of the devil, becoming the kind of people capable of great evil—doing things that are heartbreaking and deeply disturbing.

For centuries, God has allowed Satan to tempt and influence mankind. But His plan, established from the beginning, has always included a day when He will put an end to evil—bringing justice and righteous judgment upon it.

Because of this, God revealed His end-times plan to His prophets—who may very well be among your own ancestors. These prophecies are recorded in the Bible. In a sense, they are like letters written across time—meant for you and for me—so that we can understand what will happen in the final seven years and prepare our hearts for what is coming.

If you haven’t yet read these “letters,” I want to help you understand them—because what they wrote is what God gave them to writeHis plan, made known in advance.

And within these pages of the Bible, we also learn how God works. Let me show you:

Amos 3:7 (KJV)

“Surely the Lord God will do nothing, but he revealeth his secret unto his servants the prophets.”

It states before God does IMPORTANT things upon the earth, He will always warn the people through His prophets.

We know this to be true as we look at history.

You probably know about Noah building an ark before a flood covered the earth and killed the majority of people living on the earth, right? Well, MANY years before God sent the rains to flood the earth, He told His prophet Noah what was coming, and that He should build this ark. Here’s that record:

Genesis 6:13–14:

“And God said unto Noah, The end of all flesh is come before me; for the earth is filled with violence through them; and, behold, I will destroy them with the earth.
Make thee an ark of gopher wood; rooms shalt thou make in the ark, and shalt pitch it within and without with pitch.”

So, Noah warned the people what God had just told him, and He also told them something very important. He told them that if they would repent of their wicked ways and turn to God that they would be “Rescued.” They could join Him on the ark, and be safe.

No one believed Noah; They just kept going on with their life in a normal fashion. There is even a record detailing that very fact:

Matthew 24:38–39 (KJV)

“For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered into the ark, And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.”

Just living a normal life, until it started to rain. But by then, God had sealed the door of the ark, and no one was allowed to be saved, because they had simply ignored God’s warning.

The EXACT same thing is happening in our world today. Again, God has given us warnings, in incredible detail, regarding what He plans to do in the final 7 years on earth. Many of us have been trying to warn people, just as “God” has asked us to do, but the response is exactly how it was in the days of Noah. The majority of people just push God’s warnings away, and they go on living their life as if nothing is coming.

Let me begin to show you one of those warnings that God’s prophets have written. It is the FINAL act of the 7 years, but places a firm explanation of what God intends to do. Let’s read it now.

Revelation 19:11-15

“And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war.
His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself. (This is talking about Jesus Christ)
And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God.
And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean.
And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.”

Is our God loving and forgiving, YES, HE IS! However, this is NOT what He has planned for the final 7 years on earth. He is sending Jesus Christ to make war with satan, and all of those who follow him. This is how God plans to destroy evil once and for all from the earth.

But just like Noah and his family that were rescued on the ark. God also has a rescue plan for His followers. Would you like to see what that plan is?

Before the 7 year “Tribulation Period begins, God is sending Jesus Christ in the clouds and call up all of His followers to meet Him in the air. He is coming to remove us from the earth that will be PUNISHED, and destroyed. Here are those scripture writings from the prophets:

1 Thessalonians 4:16–17 (KJV)

“For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: (These are God’s followers who have already died).
Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.”

“Caught up” is where the name of the rapture comes from. Let’s keep learning:

1 Corinthians 15:51–52 (KJV)

“Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed,
In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye
, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.”

The scripture above states that the dead in Christ will rise first. When they are caught up to be with Jesus Christ, their bodies will be resurrected into a perfect state. And those of us who are alive when the rapture happens, our bodies will be changed into this same perfect state, in the twinkling of an eye, so that we can live with Christ in the “Clouds” forever.

When Jesus was on the earth, He was explaining this rapture to His apostles. Let’s read about this.

John 14:2–3 (KJV)

“In my Father’s house are many mansions… I go to prepare a place for you.
And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.”

Jesus was again describing the rapture, where He would come into the clouds and receive these apostles, who are now dead, as well as all of the others followers of Christ.

So how will our bodies be able to live in the clouds? This scripture describes how our bodies will change.

Philippians 3:20–21 (KJV)

“For our conversation is in heaven; from whence also we look for the Saviour
Who shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body…”

We’ll all have perfect bodies just like the resurrected body of Jesus Christ.

So, how do we know the timing of this rapture? This scripture gives us helpful information to understand.

1 Thessalonians 5:9–10 (KJV)

“For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ…”

The 7-year Tribulation is “GOD’S WRATH. And, as this scripture indicates, this wrath is not intended for His followers, so He will remove us prior to this WRATH happening upon the entire earth.

The following scripture tells us that not everyone will be taken in the rapture.

Matthew 24:40–42 (KJV)

“Then shall two be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left.
Two women shall be grinding at the mill; the one shall be taken, and the other left.
Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come.”

It is not a location that determines who will be raptured. People can be standing right next to each other and one taken and the other left. Christ will only take those who are “in Christ” as the scriptures states in 1 Thessalonians 4:16–17 above.

There are 23 additional end times prophecies that have been written in the bible. They are on this blog www.gospelofjesuschrist.blog if you would like to learn about them. They are scary and troubling, and shows just what God intends to do to those who miss the rapture.

Might I suggest a better starting point? If you are taken in the rapture, you will miss all of the other prophecies that are brutal. Why not start right now by making sure that YOU will be RESCUED and included in the rapture? A person needs to be “in Christ” to be taken.

Here is that process of being “in Christ”, again, taught to us by the prophets, and Jesus Christ Himself, in the bible.

To be “in Christ” and ready for the catching away (rapture), the Bible teaches a clear and simple path centered on faith, not works:

First, a person must believe the gospel that Jesus taught when He was on the earth —that He died for our sins, was buried, and rose again.

“That Christ died for our sins… and that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day” 1 Corinthians 15:3–4, KJV

Salvation comes by grace through faith, not by anything we earn:

“For by grace are ye saved through faith… not of works” Ephesians 2:8–9, KJV

When a person truly believes in Jesus Christ, and that He died so that our sins can be forgiven, repents to God for their sins, and invites Jesus to be a part of their life through prayer, they are placed into Christ and sealed by the Holy Spirit:

“After that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise” Ephesians 1:13, KJV

Being “in Christ” means your identity is now in Him, not in your own righteousness:

“There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus” Romans 8:1, KJV

We are all sinners. God knew that so He provided Jesus Christ to come to the earth and complete a process known as the Atonement, so that all of our sins can be forgiven. This atonement is for everyone, but a person MUST CHOOSE to accept His atonement by repenting of their sins.

If you do not believe, nor have faith in the atonement of Jesus Christ, nor repent, you will be responsible for ALL of your sins. And quite honestly, you will be destroyed during the final 7-years on earth, unless you do Come to Christ, while suffering God’s wrath during these final 7-years. It is better to do this NOW, if you have not already.

I invite you to ensure that you are in Christ TODAY! Approach Him right now in Prayer, and ask Him the things that you must do to be “in Christ”, and then have faith in Him and His atonement, and you too will be included in His rescue plan.

The first scripture that describes the rapture above finishes with this verse:

1 Thessalonians 4:18 (KJV):

“Wherefore comfort one another with these words.”

There is no greater comfort than knowing that God is sending Jesus Christ to rescue His followers before He pours out His wrath upon the inhabitants of the earth. I personally have no fear, nor anxiety about the end times, and what is coming. Fear is eliminated when you know and believe in the letters that our prophets have written to us. I invite you to let Christ take all of your fear and anxiety away as well.

I hope to see you in the clouds very soon.
